Quadan[501st] Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 (edited) ---------- the thighs go from the back of my knees right up to my berries.. so I need to trim. Here is where I am thinking of trimming. Is this a good spot? (Zlong the ta of e line) also, what is the best way to make the right and left trim symetrical? CRISTONAMO Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 That looks pretty good as it contours with the shape, I say just eyeball the other thigh till you yhink they lookthe same. Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 On your picture, this is the outer of the thigh meaning this is the thigh that goes on the right leg. The section taped shouldn't conflict with your berries... 1 Quote
gazmosis[501st] Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 Make sure that you consider a return edge on top before cutting. Hopefully you have a hobby iron that would allow you to do that. Are you needing to trim the front as well? Quote
Quadan[501st] Posted February 25, 2015 Author Report Posted February 25, 2015 (edited) Everything fits right now, but when I bend the leg that bottom ridge catches the back of my knee. Is it ok to trim a curve into tgat bottom ridge? I would do more cutting from the top but as it is now, its a great fit up there without having to cut the near looking return eadged thightops. also,, I noticed I posted in the wrong spot so moderators can move it where it needs to go, no probs Edited February 25, 2015 by Quadan Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted February 25, 2015 Report Posted February 25, 2015 Yeah, notching the back of the thighs and shins to ease the walk is perfectly fine, they did that too on the film: Quote
DroidHunter Posted February 26, 2015 Report Posted February 26, 2015 Is that a screen grab from the movie, or a stunt picture? I'm trying to discuss this issue in my garrison. Quote
