Greetings!

My name is Andrey, I'm going to be a part of Russian Outpost of 501st Legion as a Stormtrooper. One of my friends has adviced me CAP Armor kit, so... it is ordered, paid... and is shpped to me. While I still haven't the Magic Box at the hands, I'm doing research at the forums and scratch build my future gun.

And yes, I want to assemble my kit as qualitive, as it can be can. I have some experience in crafting, so, why not?

I will need during the project:
1. Armor Kit.
2. Undersuit.
3. Latex or rubber gloves.
4. Centurion Level Rivet Sets.
5. White TK Boots from ImperialBoots.
6. ANH E-11.

7. Neckseal.

1. Forearms

2. Biceps

3. Calves/Shins (lower leg)

4. Ab

5. Posterior

6. Strapping

7. Thighs

8. Chest and Shoulders

9. Shoulder Bells

10. Thermal Detonator

Okaaay... and another question. What is better? Assemble and paint? Or vice versa?

Nah, I have decided to start with the gauntlets. Firstly, I must notice that my main objective -- Centurion status achievment at the moment of whole costume approval.

So, I must assemble the kit properly. Here we go. I need to trim off the returning edge of the wrist side of the gauntlets. And I did it.

In next days I will do the second bracer. It is almost trimmed and almost ready for assembling.

You're off to a good start!

 

I'd suggest trimming/sanding the edge of the cover strip near your elbow end otherwise it may snag on something.
