SeanTX Posted September 28, 2015 Author Report Posted September 28, 2015 6'2" I tried to get it to ride a little higher to eliminate the gap. But plastic just naturally snaps into that spot. It didn't need glue or anything to keep from falling. I think I may have my thighs to high. Which could be half the issue. Quote
Airborne Trooper[501st] Posted September 28, 2015 Report Posted September 28, 2015 try dropping your thighs down a notch Quote

SheaJeff[TK] Posted June 27, 2016 Report Posted June 27, 2016 I actually wound up heating the cheek and pushing it out. You can't tell other than the gap is eliminated. I'll measure the ammo boxes as soon as I get home. I'm having the same issue with the ears on my AM 2.0 helmet, especially the left one! The cheeks need to come out a lot. What did you use to heat it? Heat gun? Hair dryer? Where did you heat it at? 1 Quote

Took the clamp off after a few days and everything stayed tight. I think there's a pic of this in my build thread somewhere. 1 Quote
