justjoseph63[Staff] Posted January 26, 2015 Report Posted January 26, 2015 Hi all.. Just finished my E-11 build, thanks to all the fantastic posts on here, but got to thinking... is there an actual "blueprint" of a "correct" ANH E-11? I have used a ton of different ideas from many posts, and I realize that not everyone has the same time, and/or capabilities to do it canon, (I know there were at least 3 different versions). As a newb, I found it rather difficult to get exact measurements for things, i.e. how far back from the magazine do you place the Hengstler counter, how high should the counter be in comparison to the scope, looped wires or not, exact measurements for the placement of the scope on the rail, etc. I have looked at literally hundreds of photos, and had to guesstimate on a lot of things. I realize that there are a LOT of variables, and not everyone will be going for Centurion status, but perhaps some of the experts could get together and come up with a standard for exact measurements. Please, please, PLEASE don't ban me from the FISD for bringing this up, but I think it would really help my fellow newbs. With much respect to you all, and many thanks, Joseph Quote
