Bell Ringing for Salvation Army

The North Texas Squad of the Star Garrison spent a couple of hours ringing the bells for the Salvation Army at the Northpark Center Mall this last Saturday.

I did a few years growing up ringing the bell for the SA myself, so good on you guys for doing it in costume! Did a bunch of people want photos or were they just donating? I would imagine people would feel obligated to donate when they took a photo... it would be a good idea for the SA to do this more often!

This was a great thread to come across as I was obsessing on techniques for trimming ears. Puts perspective into focus about what the FISD is all about. And gives me a kick in the butt to finish the rest of my armor so I can join the Star Garrison!
