How do you change Topic description in a post

I wanted to change my topic description in a 'wanted' thread from 'wanted' to 'found' but can't figure out how to edit this portion. Any know how?

i believe one of the admins might have to do it. contact Daetrin

Any mod can do it . I believe the person who made the topic needs to go into the full edit option of the first post. You should be able to edit the title bar from there.

A winner! Yes, you should be able to self-edit topic titles, but you need to do it from the first post in that topic.

I can't seem to find that option. I've looked at a thread I started but cannot find where to change the title.

Are 'PM's the best way to contact a mod or is there a more appropriate way?

For something non critical like a title change a PM is fine. For critical issues we have the "report a post" button.
