The5thHorseman[501st] Posted January 21, 2015 Report Posted January 21, 2015 Very nice! Even without any weathering it's already looking superb. I'm looking forward to see the end result. Did you pattern your own duster? And i'm curious about the way you attached the backpack to your back, did you go with the velcro tabs? Quote
troopermaster Posted January 21, 2015 Author Report Posted January 21, 2015 I made my own duster using a modified pattern and the back pack is temporarily fixed using small screws until my Velcro tabs arrive 2 Quote
I'm Batman[501st] Posted January 22, 2015 Report Posted January 22, 2015 Looks great Paul. One thing I note, is that most snowy pics I've seen have the shoulders further down off the shoulder. I guess more vertical against the upper arm instead of actually on the shoulders causing them to stick out. What are your thoughts there? Quote
troopermaster Posted January 22, 2015 Author Report Posted January 22, 2015 Are you taking about replica costumes or the original costumes? 1 Quote
I'm Batman[501st] Posted January 25, 2015 Report Posted January 25, 2015 Ok, hadn't seen those particular images. Most of images posted on Blizzard Force, including other numerous screen grabs. I guess another case of variations of the same armor..... Quote
Artshot Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 your attention to detail never ceases to amaze me Quote
troopermaster Posted January 27, 2015 Author Report Posted January 27, 2015 Finally got the correct fixings and found accurate webbing. 1 Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 Awesome! This is exactly the thing. Just a question for you, are the velcro tabs on the backpack riveted too, or glued? Quote
troopermaster Posted April 27, 2015 Author Report Posted April 27, 2015 I was sent this nice photo of Marcel in his recently completed TM Snowtrooper kit. I think it looks awesome and wanted to share it with you guys to show you what the kits can look like when finished. 1 Quote
