I'm Batman[501st]
Thanks a lot for posting them Aaron. My sight I'm working on is not quite perfect, but reasonably close, so thank you again to allow the comparison. artimorty
Many thanks for this to you all. This is an INCREDIBLE COMUNITY...
Definetely I would have to take a look at it.
Still no armor (I'm one of the expectant peasants who have felt the vader's call, a wannabe trooper waiting a shiny anovos suit to arrive) and no weapon (I've enlisted for a derrek's kit) and in the meantime trying to get enough skills and information not to ruin those up.

I was wondering... What would be the proper gauge of the PVC tube for the barrel?
usaeatt2
Hi Curro, PVC comes in standard thicknesses like schedule 40 or schedule 80. For the receiver (outer tube) you want schedule 40 or thinner. Schedule 80 is too thick. You can use anything you want for the inner barrel, but I've got resin barrels that are EXACT copies of a real Sterling barrel. Much easier than trying to fabricate something. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/33001-resin-cast-sterling-barrel-and-bolt-spring-cup/?p=427498 Aaron
artimorty
Thanks Aaron.
Guess I will start playing with cheap PVC tubes to see where that can get me while waiting Dday's news on his kit. Definetely following your inner barrel topic form now on. Very impressed and veeeery tempting.

Should be some in this thread Since we have seen more 3D printing it's very rare anyone scratch builds their E-11's, but "snaps" for you, looking forward to seeing your build

Files for the E-11 are here https://www.thingiverse.com/tk14082/designs Length would need shortening
TK bondservnt[501st]
The mag in the reference is far too short.
TK bondservnt[501st]
I must say that the 3d files are filled with errors on the sterling and the e-11 model formats. The shapes are all wrong.
