I'm Batman[501st] Posted October 22, 2014 Report Posted October 22, 2014 Coming along nicely..... Your left shoulder bell seems to be sticking up a bit. Maybe lowering your biceps a bit, or removing some return edge of the bells might help. What are you clamping onto the sniper plate? Quote
Sly11[Admin] Posted October 23, 2014 Report Posted October 23, 2014 Looking good, not to much longer now and you will be Troopin it up. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Quote
mr_hair Posted October 23, 2014 Author Report Posted October 23, 2014 Glueing some Chicago screws onto the inside just to reinforce things a bit. I'm going to start trimming the return edges a bit now I can wear it. Get things fitting nicely. Was just roughly trimmed before Quote
Cantina Security[501st] Posted October 23, 2014 Report Posted October 23, 2014 Wow James, you have quite the collection of armor. Nice work on the TK. Keep it up! Quote
mr_hair Posted October 29, 2014 Author Report Posted October 29, 2014 Still some tweaking to do though... Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 (edited) Looking nice. Congrats trooper! I would just trim down the right/hand ear on your helmet as it seems very thick. Edited November 4, 2014 by The5thHorseman Quote
The5thHorseman[501st] Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 Congratulations trooper! Well done Quote
gazmosis[501st] Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 Germain is right about that ear. I would also raise up your backplate just a bit more so it doesn't overlap the kidney. Make sure your left bicep is worn with the molded ridge not the butt joint on the outside. The molded ridge on the bicep should align with the one on the shoulder. Is your left thigh really big around the knee?? Great looking build!! Awesome joints and seams. Well done! Quote
mr_hair Posted November 7, 2014 Author Report Posted November 7, 2014 Yep my bicep slipped round without me realising. I'm also quite short so my back armour is suffering a bit of overlap unfortunately Quote
mr_hair Posted November 7, 2014 Author Report Posted November 7, 2014 Good call about the thigh. I've just trimmed a bit off and reglued the cover strip Quote
