Hey everyone,

I would like to know if these two sites are reliable.

Firstly there is www.originalstormtrooper.com

I have seen so contreversy about his work but would like to see some valid opinions.

The second site is www.tkboots.com

I haven't seen any dislike to this site and again would like a valid view of it.
Please leave your feedback, experiences or alternatives.

From what i understand from originalstormtrooper.com they are overprized...

I have recently contacted tkboots and recieved fast and clear responses. This and the experiences of previous buyers here on FISD make me believe it is reliable and worth it.

Ok, Dutch but its cheaper to purchase a completed set of Battle Spec armour and helment from originalstormtrooper than a armour and helmet kit from RS. So what are the advantages of getting an untrimmed/DIY kit rather than a completed and apparently "Authentic Genuine Quality" suit ready-to-wear once it arrives.

Shepperton (originalstormtrooper.com) sells a recasted Bad armor, that is NOT authentic or genuine. The ready to war solution is badly constructed and won't fit you from the Start, there are also some problems with legion approval. Also if youre in the us you won' t be able to purchuse this overprized thing as there were legal affairs with shepperton and LFL. stay away and go and visit the getting started section. The info is there - just read it

Thank you Minuteman, this was very informative.

Last thing, is the RS Prop Masters 'Complete Stormtrooper Commission' overpriced or is this what is expected?

To have anyone assemble a kit is going to cost money. RS props is near the top of the list when it comes to how much a base suit will cost. But it is also the most accurate.

For the exception of AM armor, any armor sold here will be accepted at any level of accuracy here. You also get the confidence that the sellers here are trustworthy, their product comes recommended, and there are dozens of threads here, showing examples of how they are built.

If you have committed to the decision to have your suit built for you, RS and TM are the only two offering the service. There are others that can be hired to build your suit for you ( see Vern). Hope that helps

RS is together with TM the Rolls-Royce of armor makers. definitely worth the price!
