So from the pictures I've been seeing, we'll be getting a different TK design with the new series. Is the 501st going to allow this design to be accepted?

 

I don't like the helmet, but it's growing on me.

I'm 100% it will be approved for 501'st once it's build and as long as it's built right. TZA is building a new now with 3D printing. They have a thread somewhere on here if you want to look it up as well.

And, chances are, aside from kids and adult Star Wars geeks, few will even watch this show. EP7 OTOH...that's where all the fan attention will be, so speculating on replicating an animated, stylized costume is probably not worth much until it actually airs, and someone tries to do it.
