Trooperbay has Testors, in small bottles though not tubes.

Unless they have changed, all Testors model paints come in small bottles. You should be able to do a search and find them online.

I found my Testors at Michael's.

And if you're on the eastern side of the country, there's another craft store called AC Moore that might have it.

They usually have coupons every week, you should be able to get them dirt cheap.

Hobby Lobby has TESTORS paint, and pretty much anywhere that sells small model kits.

And not to mention anywhere online, while building a Gundam model I couldnt find a specific color in the store so Amazon was a life saver and pretty fast shipping

The black and grey I found localy. The blue I had to order direct from Testors web site.
