It looks sleek and "updated" as far as the time period for the movie is supposed to take place during. I'm definitely excited for a new variant to build! But based on this image, what sort of complications do any of you foresee as far as helmet builds would go? Just curious.

I dig the snowtrooper.  From that one shot the stormtrooper looks to me like they designed it for an action figure.  But I'm holding judgement until I see the entire new suit.

Dang; and I'm just about ready to submit my application with a crummy ol' ANH trooper... In all seriousness, though, I'm really liking the look of the "standard" trooper. It looks more like a concept render than a final product, but so far it definitely captures the essence of the TK helmet while still looking like a natural evolution. The snowtrooper variant seems very unfinished, though; the final version will almost certainly have far more detail, if it isn't a completely different design.

I say why not? New movie, new generation, new TK.

As much as people craped on Episodes 1-2 and 3 (with reason loll), they gave us some cool armors. Clones are good looking armor so is Darth Maul. They make nice additions in a troop.

I think it's a cool design for the evolution of the classic Stormtrooper.

 

I'm agree, maybe it's look like a little more to a motorbike helmet, but I like this helmet (more than the "angry duck" ) !

How they look with the new armour obviously remains to be seen, but I'd have one of these suckers in a heartbeat.

i like it, it looks like something that would have been developed after a few decades following the events of Episode VI without deviating too much from the basic design. i cant wait to see more detail.

I didn't Lille this at first but I have to admit it's rapidly growing on me , it will be interesting to see what it looks like in relation to the rest of the armour

I think this looks great! I'm also getting that "crap, no seams - which means bondo, sanding and paint" feeling. ;o)
