Minuteman
Unpacking time always has the two sides of a medal to me. On the one hand you are like "WOW, this is freakin cool " and on the other hand I sometimes just want to run away, afraid of messing it up You´ll get over it and build an awesome TK, I´m sure
gmrhodes13[Staff]
I love it when the excitement fades and the panic sets in "OMG what do I do with it now", don't forget RESEARCH and the old motto "measure twice, cut once"
aicire
Hahaha as I was digging everything out, my husband says, so.... Who is cutting all that? You better find someone else to do it. After dinner I'm going to do an quick inventory. Luckily for me, a guy within my Garrison is building a TK too, and he is 5'4". We can be short build buddies. aicire
Thanks! This is the second one I've built. And this time, I purchased it trimmed. I played hell fitting my ears on my first one. Eventually got it. (Thankful for two sets.) The5thHorseman[501st]
Excellent job on that lid ! Question. Does anyone know if the AP helmet is supposed to come with S trim? I have not emptied the box yet lol AP doesn't come with an S-trim (but you should have a second "U" one long enought). Also, it's a good thing to change the mic tips in case your are aiming for EIB as the AP ones are only 501st approvable: - basic AP aerator on the left and more accurate one on the right: Ok i know i shouldn't but... nice cleavage

I'll swap them. And borrow my S trim from that bucket too. And thanks. I tried to crop them out the best I could, with leaving the most of my tattoo. LOL Hopefully a compression top will allow them to fit under my chest piece. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

aicire
My ATA and AP side by side One of these things... are not like the other My shameless noncanon disco stormtrooper (WIP) I am working on either replacing completely, or sandblasting the lenses inthe TIE... cannot see out of them at all. My AP helmet is finally painted. Also, I am pretty lucky that my husband lets me keep my helmets in the livingroom lol Lastly, went tool/supply shopping.
