Not exactly how I meant by posting the pictures into the post, but halfway there. I suppose I wasn't very clear on the details, so that's my fault. Follow these steps to get the pictures posted properly: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/tutorials/article/5-howto-post-images-on-the-forums/

I'm no expert but I think your holster straps are too long. They shoud also be fastened on the other side of your belt. Between your armor and the belt.

Good luck!

Hey Josh. Thank you for your EIB application! Love your RS and your Brian M. endorsement! Please tell me, Did RS build your armor or did you?

CRL Requirements:

All required photos are present.  Your painted details on the helmet are really nice. Your armor is outstanding but there is one thing that you need to change before I can approve you. You holster attachment. First, the straps need to be attached to the back side of the belt not the front. Second, the straps are REALLY long. There should be about 1 inch of strap showing between the belt and holster. Third, perhaps it's just the picture but the straps should measure around 20 MM (3/4 inch) in width. Yours look thin but again, maybe it's just the picture.

Make this adjustment to the holster strap and your are in no problem.

Centurion Suggestions:

The reason I asked about who built your armor is because of the placement of your male snap on the right side and the three rivets on the AB on your left. Both should be placed about 10 MM in from the edge. With your thin build, It looks like you have room that you might be able trim the seam down a bit to bring those placements a little closer to 10 MM.

It's just me but i would swap your shoulder bells: put the one you have on your right shoulder to the left, and the left one to your right shoulder. I really think it would help closing the shoulder gaps in the front which i find better for screen-accuracy.

Thanks for the constructive feedback from all!  The boys did the build for me and I've been tinkering with it a bit since then.  (I'm biased, but IMO they do amazing work!)  Should be easy enough to fix the holster and rotate the bells.  I just measured and it's about 20mm spacing on the rivets and snap.

I've lost a few inches around my waist so that's probably the difference.  I can trim that down to 10mm and hopefully keep the weight off!  Just to confirm, 10mm from the edge of the armor to the edge of the rivet, correct?

Thanks again for the help!

Yes that is correct. But first, CONGRATULATIONS on the weight loss. This is nothing that should be taken for granted. Good for you. Once you see how incredible you are going to look with all your parts as they should be, that will be incentive enough to keep the weight off!!

Your trim line is already on your armor. That bend in the ab plate is where the seam line should be. RS leaves a little "room to grow" and that is where they leave it. Just make it look even to the rivets on the kidney which looks to be in that 10 MM range.

Here is the new and improved holster, 3/4" wide and 1" long straps.  Fingers crossed...

I'm clearly not an expert, and what I say won't impact anything at all here, but it looks to me like good fixes there Josh!

Good luck with your approval! ;)

Hey Josh:

Awesome work on that holster adjustment! Looks outstanding. With your adjustment, I would like to congratulate and welcome you to EIB!!!!

I hope you were still on your slim down mission. I would really like to see tose rivet placements a little closer to that 10 MM mark on the AB.

I agree, RS does do great work!

Awesome, thanks! I'm going to do your suggested trimming tomorrow. Centurian here I come! Thanks to all for the comments, help, and support!

I would recommend painting the side ab rivets white. ;)
