According to the CRL for Hero TK:

  • The holster must be affixed with four fasteners (Two per strap) Two at the top and two at the bottom of the belt. The fasteners may be rivets, snaps, or Chicago screws .

I've been combing through the galleries here, but I can't find a decent shot of the Hero belts that shows the four rivets required in the CRL.  The only thing I can find is courtesy of Starwarshelmets.com:  hi%20hero3.jpg

In this photo Luke's belt looks to have only two rivets.  Can anyone produce an image of the four rivets?

Well, to start with, the trooper you are looking at is not the armour that Luke wears.

You should be looking at this guy with the back turned towards the camera where you can just barely see the 2 rear most rivets:

But the most prominent picture is the promo photos of Luke wearing the belt from that armour, much like after the guys have escaped the trash compactor:

Personally I feel it's kind of funny that the CRL demands 4 rivets, when only Luke, and no other hero costume wears 4 rivet holsters (and the trooper that wears the 4 rivet belt before Luke takes it wears a stunt helmet).

This is maybe the Luke helmet, but not the Luke armor, maybe Han (thermal detonator on the belt and returned edge of the chest).

A picture of Luke belt with the 4 rivets, you can zoom on the picture for details

Thanks guys.  I re-watched the film again today and was able to see 4 rivets on Han as well.

In that case you should screenshot it.
