While browsing through some old photos I found the ones I took at the Magic of myth (I think) display in Helsinki 2000. This seems to be ROTJ. But I'm not quite sure if this is completely canon... And it is put together kinda sloppy. E.g. the thermal detonater on the side.

I was wrong about the exhibit. It was named "the Art of Star Wars". We visited Finland in late 2001.

So Troopermaster saw it first. :-)

Awesome pics. Yeah, the TK wasn't the only costume that was sloppily thrown together for these displays.

We have the same thrown-together Imperial Officer exhibit to thank for everybody originally thinking open collars & chalk holders appeared in a Star Wars movie.

Just like this exhibit led people to believe that rivets were OK to secure shoulder bridges. lol.

I believe the rivets were added after ROTJ was filmed. The movie suits had vac formed ABS shoulder straps that were velcro'd on and probably got lost easily, so they were changed to these vinyl type straps and riveted for security.

I also saw this suit about a year later when the Art of Star Wars exhibition was in Bradford close to where I live. It was not displayed in as good a position as it was at the Barbican Museum where I could see around 3/4 of the whole suit.

More great photos.  Do you also happen to have a better shot of that officer?

Yep, that's the display with the "not screen-used" code cylinders. At least the collar looks in tact on this one.

Thanks for posting the officer photo.  That shows the color nicely.
