I was wondering if there was any standard or rules regarding wearing a pauldron while trooping. I have a ANH TK and they do not wear pauldrons in the movies - but I like the look. Im not really interested in swicthing to sandy or some other varaint of the TK. But i would like to get one and wear it trooping. Is this allowed?

Its "allowed" at non canon events but frowned upon by most TK or TD purists and other members. If you want to wear a pauldron as a TK, you could go heavy weapons trooper (HWT) or go Sandy.

IMO: do it right, go sandy. Don't get me started on other characters wearing pauldrons (biker scouts etc.)

HWT might be used as a stepping stone if you just want to try it out as a CRL build before diving into the pit of Sarlacc and getting all dirty.

So - if i wish to be ridculed and mocked - wear a pauldron with my ANH TK.

I mostly agree - I went HWT.

the HWT looks "heavy"....just sayin

It's essentially same pack, same blaster (though it would be nice to have the official mini cannon thing), etc... unless you're a hyperfirm DLT kind of guy, then you can sandy and pauldron without the weight.

I've always wanted to be the one to post this... even though grammatically it bugs me.

As noted, no pauldrons while in your TK. Or, if you want to fully kit it out, go HWT :)

I dunno, I found a pauldron a bit more out there ;)

Yeah, but watch out with that, the rainbow flag is the symbol of the gay community, so mind it before wearing it

Or, Rainbow for Girls:  --------------

(and yes, my daughter is one, so guess who'll be wearing rainbow colors to support his little girl)
