A Master Builder Posted January 7, 2014 Report Posted January 7, 2014 Looking Great Leo! Be sure to slide your drop boxes down on both sides, to reach the corners of your belt. Quote
gazmosis[501st] Posted January 7, 2014 Report Posted January 7, 2014 Wow, Leonard! Well done! It is always a pleasure to see a build with that amount of attention to detail. CRL related: all EIB requirements have been met Other-Armor Fit and Assembly: Although neither of these suggestions will effect your EIB application, you might want to look into them. If you make a few more turns on the ear screws on YOUR left side it may tighten up the fit of the ear against the face. I looked at your build thread to confirm something regarding your sniper plate on your left knee. You seem to have left a little too much on the ends and this is causing it to flare out. The ends of the sniper really should not go past the corner of the top ridge of the shin.If you trim this down just a bit, it will probably eliminate that flare a lead to a better fit against the grieve itself. Centurion Suggestions: As Brenton mentioned above, it looks like the elastic is hitting the snap on the inside of your belt and preventing the drop box from aligning to the end. Notch out the elastic and that should solve that issue. This was a pleasure to view! A great job that deserves an easy pass. Welcome to EIB!!! Quote
