Amazingly detailed cast I can tell you. Startet to dremel today and will continue with filling and sanding in the evening. A friend of mine will do the paintjob for me, cause my skills really su*k. Honestly, if I were to build two armors that were not of a Star Wars origin, they'd be Master Chief and an original BSG Cylon. Beautiful piece though. Are you doing the full kit, or just the helmet? I´m just doing the helmet, in fact my head doesn´t fit in it, so it will stay a display piece. A Master Chief armor would be awesome, but I believe that building it will be a thousand times harder than a good TK... And: With whom should I troop then ?!
