Hermanator Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 Newbie here. I have read the forums, and I know a lot of people make latex handguards for screen accuracy. Does anyone's stand out in particular as being the best or the worst? (you can PM me this if you don't want to publicly post). Does anyone make flexible Urethane or Silicone rubber handguards that are accurate and approvable? Latex will last awhile, but Silicone and Urethane rubbers typically have a longer lifespan on them. Does anyone do them with color mixed into the batch, or is it recommended to paint them to better match the armor color? How long does it take for the paint to crack and wear off as the handguard flexes? Thank you all! Quote

Locitus[Admin] Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 Yep, you want Karin's work. You can find her here these days: https://www.facebook.com/groups/133147473363580/ Quote
Darth Aloha[Admin] Posted September 26, 2013 Report Posted September 26, 2013 I both Karin's white ones... as well as the painted version and they rock. Can't recommend her work enough. She'll probably reply to a PM here if facebook doesn't work for you. -Eric Quote

Hermanator Posted September 27, 2013 Author Report Posted September 27, 2013 Thanks all! I was thinking for some reason that she made Latex, but now I see that she makes both kinds. Quote
