Fives45[TK] Posted September 23, 2013 Author Report Posted September 23, 2013 Thank you very much, sorry for the inconvenience .... Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted September 23, 2013 Report Posted September 23, 2013 I got confused because Phil hasn't finished your EIB application yet and given you the EIB badge. Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Hi Jose , As you know, I feel that your thigh and shin front cover strips look a little wide. I may ignore this if you show a ruler alongside their width to show a scale size. There is one modification that I would like to see done please, followed by a set of kitted up pictures. This is to attempt to address the large black gaps between the top of your thighs, front and rear and your AB plate and butt plate. I presume that you cannot pull your thighs anymore? Therefore, can you lower your buttplate and cod strapping a bit? There looks like room to bring these sections down a bit. I just want to see how or if we can make your armour sit on you a bit more centurion like. Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 One of those situations when you don't need to do the cut outs in the back of the thighs and calves, the gap really looks huge now. Bringing the ab and back section down may help, but I am 182cm and even with no cut outs you do see a large gap Quote
inclei Posted September 29, 2013 Report Posted September 29, 2013 Es espectacular, felicidades. Yo quiero empezar a trabajar en la mÃa para lograr el EIB, puedo preguntarte cómo sujetas los handguards de goma a los guantes de látex? Muchas gracias! Fives45[TK] Posted September 29, 2013 Author Report Posted September 29, 2013 (edited) Hi Phil. I understand you that these are the photos you need (google translator just does not translate well ....)If you need more pictures let me know . Thighs up more and I had to do a bit more cover wide strips.I downloaded but the keypad, so that enough? Edited September 29, 2013 by Jose Andrés Quote
Fives45[TK] Posted September 29, 2013 Author Report Posted September 29, 2013 Muchas gracias Antonio . Espero que pronto consigas tu EIB. Te mando un PM con la foto del tipo de pegamento. Quote

FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted September 30, 2013 Report Posted September 30, 2013 Hi Jose, Do you have side and back photos to show the community? This front pic shows a massive improvement. You have created an approximate 30mm gap between your ab buttons and the bottom of your chest which looks better. You have lowered the ab panel. This in turn has lowered your cod and made the gap above your thighs look better. It would be nice to see how you have improved the back and sides. Thank you and well done. Quote
Fives45[TK] Posted October 2, 2013 Author Report Posted October 2, 2013 Hello Phil. Here I send the photos, I hope they serve. A greeting. Quote
Boltstrooper[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Phil: Is the indent cut on the back of the upper calf armor and the lower back thigh armor considered acceptable for Centurion? Quote
Faie[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 This type of cut is canon, many centurions took that cut legs Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Yes the cuts are canon. They were there to give the film troopers the ability to bend their legs. In general, if you don't need to make the cuts, then don't. In this case, the cuts are not close to the joints as the armour is small on this trooper. The black gaps around the knees look large. Fives45[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Author Report Posted October 3, 2013 then it holds for centurion? can not give me a solution? I can lose some calves. Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Hi Jose, I don't understand what you mean or what you are trying to say ? Sorry Quote
Fives45[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Author Report Posted October 3, 2013 do not give me the level of centurion? Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 I didn't know what you meant by ... I can loose some calves. What do you mean? Then your next statement is saying ... Do not give me Centurion. I understand that English is not your first language so I am trying to be helpful for you. To be honest, I haven't completed your centurion application. You seem to tick all the boxes but I personally don't like the look. Whether I like the look or not is irrelevant? The question is... Does your centurion application meet the criteria for an award. Do you meet the CRL ? Please be patient. Quote
Fives45[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Author Report Posted October 3, 2013 Oh !!!! Excuse me for me english , use google translator.... tell me what I have to change to have the level of centurion. Quote

Quote
Rich330[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 José Andrés would like to know exactly what, if anything, he has to change in order to have his costume pass for Centurion. Thanks. Quote
Faie[TK] Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Yo te veo perfecto Jose, cumples perfectamente con el CRL y las modificaciones de tu armadura son correctas, ya que guardas armonia con el resto del traje. I see you perfect Jose, fulfill perfectly with the CRL and changes in your armor are correct, and you keep harmony with the rest of the suit. Quote
