CA glue removal

Help! I am nearing the end of this build, I can finally feel it, and I managed to get a dime size amount of CA on the right shin. Any tips on removing / polishing it away?

I tried everything and nothing worked for me.

ouch.

Sand it down with 400 grit, then 1000, then polish the area.

Interesting...i did not know of the existence of this stuff. Have you ever used this on your armor our any other similar ABS, TK5144? Was there any harm done?

Interestingly, I had just ordered this stuff 2 days ago from amazon, then I saw this topic.

I will try it when it arrives next week.

 

Reviews on amazon were pretty good... people got CA glue off a countertop, even clothing.  I too am interested if it will damage the ABS.  I will try it on a scrap first.

it worked well to take the CA glue off my counter... but it started to melt the test piece of ABS i tested it on.
