Tolo[TK] Posted September 11, 2013 Report Posted September 11, 2013 Hey there troops! So I'm checking my Aker/iComm/Memorex system, since the Montreal Comic-Con is starting this friday. I notice that with my luck, my microphone is not working anymore. I don't really have time to order one from Jim before the Comic Con. Do you guys have a fast and temporary idea that I can use for the week-end? I'm checking on local music stores website and there is nothing under 100$ as clip-on microphone. Thanks, Eric Quote
DizzyStormtrooper[501st] Posted September 11, 2013 Report Posted September 11, 2013 Which mic do you have? Some "unidirectional" mics are battery powered. The standard aker is amp powered Quote
Tolo[TK] Posted September 11, 2013 Author Report Posted September 11, 2013 I'm (was) using my Aker in my memorex wireless pack. Sent from my iPhone 5 using Tapatalk Quote

Tolo[TK] Posted September 11, 2013 Author Report Posted September 11, 2013 try a computer store. Thanks Vern, great idea. I did not think of a computer store. I just tried my iPhone headset and it does not work. My Shure SM-58 works great, but, it's too big lolll. Sent from my iPhone 5 using Tapatalk Quote
Darth Aloha[Admin] Posted September 12, 2013 Report Posted September 12, 2013 Radio schlock has an omni directional lavalier mic that will work in a pinch. Or find a gaming mic. -Eric Quote
