Photos.. Why can't I upload

Guys why can't I upload photos from an iPad? What to do?

From what I have been told by a friend Ipad's have an issue with posting pics with the full web, try the mobile version. I may be wrong but it's what I was told

I use Flickr, then click share and grab the bbcode

I used to use photo *uck-it, back when I had a Myspace BAHahaha... Flickr is more user friendly and well put together IMO
