Hola! Velcro Question

Hey all.

Working on a NE Hero build I'm new so forgive me if it sounds dumb. Lol when I use Velcro on the back of my calves and thighs what kind of Velcro is best? Is there an indusrial kind? Also is E6000 good to hold this Velcro to the armor? I wish I didn't need Velcro lol but I guess I can't work them up the leg with out it lol.

Standard velcro from haberdashery shops is fine, E6000 glue holds it well, give the surface a scuff with sandpaper first as it will give the glue something to bind with.
