Here is my CFO ROTJ Helmet that i received a few weeks ago. I need opinion about the opening of eyes and frown is it OK or i have to open up a bit ? Also need info about what glue we use to build the helmet ?

Looks good to me!

 

I bolted the faceplate to the back/crown and then glued the ears over the top,using E-6000. So far no issues.

Looks good to me too. I use liquid solvent cement Clamp and magnet the pieces together then touch the seam with a few drops of the cement and it will seap in and cement the two peices together.

Remember to put the brow trim on first to get a nice fit.

you could trim out the teeth a bit more.. The ROTJ had quite big cuts on the teeth.

There are a handful of folks who have painted and modified an ANH helmet to get it approved for ROTJ, but the real ROTJ looks comes from the proper helmet. 

 

I know you know I'm going to say this but.... I suggest finishing your ANH helmet, selling it, and get yourself a CFO.

Then again... you could always do the TKC like you originally planned
