Very good and clean application!

One thing I can add, although beeing just a small EIB:

You should replace the male snap at the crotch for a split rivet.

Hard to see, but it´s the best shot I found:

This indeed is a nice build.

I'm glad the crotch rivet has been pointed out and replaced.

If you can trim off the excess plastic on either side of your shoulder straps then I am prepared to overlook the positioning of your "Han" snap positioning on the top right hand side of your Armour.

Can I also see a ruler next to your torso and crotch rivets.

I am not insisting that they are split rivets but I would like to continue the good work of the previous DO and am looking for the correct size and shape.

Without a scale verification, they look quite large.

Please prove me wrong.

Can I also see some clearer pics of your blaster please?

Thank you.

Great looking build!!! That Kidney plate is tall! I've never seen one that tall....anyhooooo....... Three things I notice that you might want to address. If you are gonna keep the counter on your blaster, it needs to be moved forward. P1030597.jpgsecondly, is the retaining strap location on the holster. It should be mounted in a central location rather than on the far edge. P1030394.jpgThird thing was the hardware you used to attach the clips to your Therm Det. I thought those needed to be nuts and bolts rather than rivets. Let's see what the boss has to say!

Good luck my man!!!

Hello Phil and Steve,

The detailed pictures are on the bottom.

Steve: The blaster holder is mounted according your FISD howto webside.  Example refer to attached picture 1.  Now I understand what I need to change. Sorry for my bad English.

Phil:

Please could you tell me the exact position of what I have to remove from the shoulder straps? Refer to attached picture 2.

Another photo of the shoulder straps is below. Sorry for the confusion. Now I understand what I need to change. Sorry for my bad English.

The Blaster is bought at www.originalstormtrooper.com with a Shepperton Design Studios Certificate of authenticity. See original text attached below.

"A super-accurate E11 Blaster, with the level of originality, detail and quality you expect from SDS. This is the definitive item, with all the features of the most complicated blaster used in ANH. Including castings from Sterling sub-machine gun parts as used for the original props and personalised with a unique serial number, the blaster is made from lightweight, composite materials so that at just 700g (25oz), trooping all day is no sweat.

The scope, power unit and grip are cast directly from the original. There's fantastic detailing in the internal rifle barrel, barrel vent holes, T-track cooling coils, safety catch, recoil spring, serrated rear sights, targeting sensors and power cylinders, plus removable power pack cartridge".

Kind Regards,

Stephan.

Hello Stephan,

you should change the following thing.

Phil says: "trim off the excess plastic on either side of your shoulder straps"

Here in german :)

Du solltest versuchen das überschüssiges material an der linken und rechten seite der Schulterstreifen zu entfernen.

Hier ein Beispiel von einer anderen Rüstung

Hi Phil
In the attached photos below are the changes that I have made.
