You need to fill in a proper EIB application as per everyone else and I'm sure you are guaranteed the award.

If I had time today then I was thinking of copying and pasting your centurion app and changing the words for you but I never had time.

The EIB applications stay here for eternity and for everyone's viewing pleasure, therefore the application should be done correctly and formally with the correct text and pictures showing.
