Helmet Padding Template?

Anybody have a printable helmet padding template?

Here you go, just a tip I found that you can build up a lot of sweat so I glued velcro to the foam and the lid so I can remove and through in the wash  Also if you add a couple of 2" blocks of foam next above your ears this will stop the lid from wobbleing.
