Locitus[Admin] Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 You shouldn't need ab buttons. The ab plate should have those moulded in. You just need to paint it. Quote
Sonnenschein Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 Looks like you have everything, except your stapping method I'd suggest some tools, like clmps, scissors, etc. Quote
Sonnenschein Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 You just need to paint it. The correct humbrol colors don't come to my mind right now. Anyone can help out? Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 Don't use the dark blue. Use the french blue. Quote
armoredguard Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 Clamps scissors ect available in my shed at home as well as my dremel. Paint is going to be awhile I think considering all things. Strapping is moderately baffling still soo many choices lol ill revisit the crl in an attempt to find the centurion requirements Quote
armoredguard Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 Ok well just re read the crl and no internal strapping requirements besides the chest to back and the black elastic around inside bicep rrom shoulder did I interpret that correctly? If so I can use a suspender sgstem of my own invention probably coupled with exercise bands lol jk Quote
LadyInWhite[TK] Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 The UK guys have a particular system and most of us in the US use a variety of snap systems. It's really about just making sure it fits you and will take the abuse of a troop or twenty. The insides are up to you; the CRL will only specify what people see from the outside. All I did is copy the photos in the tutorials section here on FISD to the best of my ability and imagination. We need to find your nearest Attachés as they will happily help you along in person. armoredguard Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 Ive already talked to both my attaches so covered there thanks. Progress being achieved...list edited to reflect changes. Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 Did I hear someone call about UKG snap plate positions??? Courtesy again from TK1650 Bilhag for his super diagrams. Front Rear Arms and Thighs 2 Quote

DarkOrder66 Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Awesome! Thank you for the post. Quote
Grimez Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Don't use the dark blue. Use the french blue. Does it matter if you used midnight blue? I chose that one because it matched the tube stripes better and I preferred the look Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Well to start with it doesn't match the tube stripes any better and you'll be repeating 10 years of mistakes. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk Quote
Grimez Posted September 26, 2014 Report Posted September 26, 2014 Let me rephrase - it matched 'my' tube stripes better. Quote
