So i got my shoulder bells in the mail and they are alittle mis-shapen from being packed, how do i go about getting them the correct shape without damaging them?

Pictures will help us tell. But if they are anything like screen accurate shoulder bells then they are likely not deformed at all. The original armour was really wonky and asymmetric to begin with.

ah ok, i will upload the pics in the morning since i cant do it here at work lol, but as far as shaping them should i put them on like a mannequin or use something round to help shape it ?

When I shape my parts, I wear my welding gloves, cuz abs takes longer and has to get hotter, too hot to touch at the point that it can bend. If yours are hips it won't take long and can be done at cooler temps. you should just be able to heat up the middle to open it up a bit at a time

Just be careful, esp. with HIPS, that the edges warp very easily. 9 out of 10 problems on my clone armor are from this problem.

If it's ABS a hair dryer might not get hot enough. You could also try boiling them and shaping while it's warm in there, and then dip in a bowl of cold. (Never boil in pots you plan to use for cooking.)

@ Ingird, so i cant throw some spagetti noodles into the mix to save time lol? here are the pics of the bells, as you can see the look alittle "squished" or too narrow at the top

If you boil them, watch them very carefully. I ruined my biceps trying to reshape them. On the plus side, my replacements came in the mail today and I will hopefully be done with my build by the end of the month!

Who is the maker of these bells?

Are they the new AM bells aka NE?

These bells look far better than bulky fat symmetrical bells.

Having the point is also nicer than bells that just go straight down.
