Deployment Standards - ROTJ - working draft

This is just a working draft, comments welcome.

 

To qualify for Endor Deployed status for an ROTJ stormtrooper cotume, the elements are:

 

Required

1. ROTJ style armor and handplates

2. ROTJ style helmet

3. Canvas belt

4. Black frown

5. Holster

6. ROTJ style E-11 blaster

there is "trim" around the chest piece,and ab/cod

Green Bubble lenses

Ab plate buttons were black, and upside down compared to ANH version.

Black frown some were rounded at the tips, and some were squared off they were 4 teeth, slightly "larger" than ANH.

 

Blue tube stripes

Blue'ish Hue to the decals on the bucket ie teardops, and trapazoids more so than ESB.

Anh were grey.

Hand plates were distinct

 

The suits were(I hate to say the word) effectivly recast off of an ANH set for the movie, thus the loss of detail.

The ROTJ armour was recast from an ESB suit resulting in a 'softer' appearance.The kidney and butt plates were formed as one piece and had rubber edging trim,as did the back,chest and abdomin.The helmets had decals and black mouths,and the ear's were trimmed right down and glued on instead of screwed.Eye's were mainly bubbled,but some had flat lense too.All the arm and leg armour 'halves' were overlapped and glued,whereas previous film's had the halves butted up and a joining strip keeping them together.A narrower webbing belt was used,and was riveted to the ab plate instead of snaps being used.

 

I'm sure there's more but's all I can think of for now
