kevnaminute Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 I've noticed after wearing my armor and moving around, striking poses, etc. that some of the paint at the ab plate rubs off onto my inner forearms...I used testors. I mean, it's a quick fix (goo gone), just wondering if anyone else had the same experience. Quote
Clamps[TK] Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 I have not, I used Humbrol paints on my ab buttons. Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 I used a some enamel paint and after fitting the armor a few times I have noticed some of it has rubbed off, going to try giving the rivets a light sand next time to help the paint hold and use humbrol paint as Clamps did Quote
DizzyStormtrooper[501st] Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 That just makes the ab buttons more screen accurate Quote
Clamps[TK] Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 to clarify my situation, the SPLIT RIVETS on my sides are losing the white paint ( I used white spray paint before installation). My Ab buttons painted in Humbrol are holding strong. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted January 11, 2013 Report Posted January 11, 2013 Get used to it boys and girls. It's called normal wear and tear. Quote
