red white
Looks great David! Good luck, although you probably won't need it! Awesome kit! Go for Centurion after, you will be the first in the Garrison!
svache[501st]
Looking good! Although I don't think it matters for EIB (also because you attached it the correct way), I do think you might want to change the holster over time. I'm guessing you're using the holster provided by AP, which I originally also received. I gave it away to someone else since I felt it was too flimsy and a bit cheap material and more like an ESB holster (although, again, you correctly attached it to the belt for ANH usage). You'll be happy to have a more sturdy one that is made of real leather (the one from AP is (or at least the one I received) not from real leather from what I could tell), that doesn't fly around when you have your blaster in your hand Edited December 28, 2012 by svache

gmrhodes13[Staff]
Looking good there trooper, just a couple of things, should try to lift and rotate your thighs a little, sniper plate does not follow your shin very well could do with adjusting slightly, you have two different gaps between the caps on your TD also there should be a gap between the caps and clips, 1/8th inch, need some paint on your knee rivets, looks like the bottom of your biceps need a bit more trimming, I must agree also that your holster is not the best but this may not stop your approval. Just a few adjustments and you will be there, good luck
niugnep[TK]
Looking good there trooper, just a couple of things, should try to lift and rotate your thighs a little, sniper plate does not follow your shin very well could do with adjusting slightly Thanks! The thighs are twisted slightly and I didn't fully tighten the garter strap, so there might be some sag. I just didn't notice it when taking the pictures I'm not sure what you mean by the sniper plate? Do you mean it needs to be more flush with the shin? you have two different gaps between the caps on your TD also there should be a gap between the caps and clips, 1/8th inch Better? need some paint on your knee rivets, looks like the bottom of your biceps need a bit more trimming, Okay... fixed... I can upload the trimmed left thigh tomorrow. I must agree also that your holster is not the best but this may not stop your approval. Just a few adjustments and you will be there, good luck Hrm... I can see the point you've both made. This holster made of real leather (best I can tell), but it's definitely a lighter leather. I haven't noticed it flapping or really looking weird with my blaster out though. Thanks for the input. gmrhodes13[Staff]
I'm not sure what you mean by the sniper plate? Do you mean it needs to be more flush with the shin Well done everything is looking much better, the sniper plate should follow the angle on the top sides of the shin so it covers them, just looks like they are too low in the photo's, may just be how they where taken. Bottom of your biceps still need a trim, can see a ridge on the bottom of them. Leave it up to the DO to decide on the fine details, good luck with approval and again well done on the improvements Edited December 29, 2012 by gmrhodes13

Your images might still be cached in your browser.

Shame as his updates had been good and was on the right track for approval No need to be sorry for that. It's a trick few people know about. Ctrl+shift+r also does the same thing in most browsers (but anything can happen in IE).
niugnep[TK]
Sorry for that problem. Should be fixed now.
niugnep[TK]
Trimmed the bottom of the left thigh. I'm afraid I'm in a rush though, so not a lot of time to model it
gmrhodes13[Staff]
Looking much better, btw any trimmed pieces you can use a bit of 400 grit sandpaper just to take the sharpness away. Now just see what the DO says about your sniper plate, you may not need to change it. Good luck with approval
TK Keith[TK]
You're looking good! I noticed your forearms seem to be rotated a bit far back. Have you attached them to the biceps? That helps keep mine in place.
FunkyTrigger[TK]
Now I can see your pics, I can't really see any EIB problems. You look good in your kit. If you go on for a centurion application you need to change the stud in the bottom of your crotch plate. We need to see the arms up pic of your right side, we need to see where you have put that Han snap. The sniper plate alignment was only a recent new centurion requirement. The way you have it constitutes screen accurate. I would be interested to learn if your blaster needs a few mods also to attain centurion. Good luck trooper. Locitus[Admin]
Works for me. But you might want to sand down some of the edges, you have some excess plastic, especially on the bottom of the biceps that should be trimmed off. Approved.
