Opi Wan[TK] Posted December 24, 2012 Report Posted December 24, 2012 Normally I really dont like the look of ROTJ armor´s, but it looks Amazing on you. Maybe its because you are not this tall, it looks perfect sized. I Like it! :jc_doublethumbup: Good Luck!!! Quote
tigresa[TK] Posted December 24, 2012 Author Report Posted December 24, 2012 Is action shot a full body photo or is enough a half body photo? Quote
Opi Wan[TK] Posted December 24, 2012 Report Posted December 24, 2012 Make a full body photo with a action pose. Quote
Faie[TK] Posted December 24, 2012 Report Posted December 24, 2012 Nice look Carol, good luck!!! Quote

tigresa[TK] Posted December 24, 2012 Author Report Posted December 24, 2012 Ok so, after xmas I'll update a nice action shot Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted December 25, 2012 Report Posted December 25, 2012 Think you should still do something about your tube stripes, lowest I have seen so far. Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted December 25, 2012 Report Posted December 25, 2012 @gmrhodes I don't often comment on ROTJ applications as I'm not an expert on the spec. The ROTJ tube stripes may be different to the ANH and ESB ones. I know you were pulled up on your ANH tube stripes but don't automatically assume its the same for ROTJ. Merry Christmas. Quote

I agree very much in this mentality. There are lots of quirky details that sometimes are right and sometimes wrong depending on the version that is replicated. But in this case he is right, the tube stripes are very low compared to the real deal. Quote
troopermaster Posted December 25, 2012 Report Posted December 25, 2012 Ideally they could be higher, but they almost match this original ROTJ helmet. Quote
gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted December 25, 2012 Report Posted December 25, 2012 I did research before commenting, thanks Quote
rhapsodyred99[TK] Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 Generally I think the stripes are about a pencil width down, but as they were stickers and were slapped together, I have a hard time believing they were all that way, and as the picture Trooper master posted shows there was at least one that was pretty low. and one of these guys has a pretty low set as well check the guy by the gray officer: Good luck! Locitus[Admin] Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 I too realize that some of the positions varies, but I don't think that they were done that way intentionally. Thus, replicating a mistake is also a mistake. I see this as the same thing as "Mr No Stripes". Quote
troopermaster Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 Mr. No Stripes wasn't a mistake. He was planned (don't hurt his feelings) Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted December 26, 2012 Report Posted December 26, 2012 Poor guy, always gets picked on! Quote
flashpoint0214[TK] Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 (edited) looks great! I have never really payed attention to the major differences on the belt. It through me off. Good luck!! Edited December 27, 2012 by flashpoint0214 Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 Is the belt not suppose to be 45'ed on the corners? and I noticed there are no square caps on the belt either. Just for my own curiosity. No, not on ROTJ. Quote
flashpoint0214[TK] Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 No, not on ROTJ. I went back and looked at the link. I have never looked at ROTJ before. Quote
tigresa[TK] Posted December 27, 2012 Author Report Posted December 27, 2012 Action photo posted Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted December 27, 2012 Report Posted December 27, 2012 Action photo posted Thanks! Will you do anything about the tubestripes? I think that may be the only problem I can see right now. Quote
tigresa[TK] Posted December 27, 2012 Author Report Posted December 27, 2012 Do you want I put them upper than now? Quote
