Password reset issues

Hi could someone please sort the password reset issues please so the system actual sends out a reset ?

I just tested it and I received reset emails using both my email or my login name.

 

There is an ongoing issue with some older members receiving the reset email who originally registered using the now deprecated "imperial hub" system. Please have those users email or PM me and I'll fix their accounts ASAP.
