thrgk Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 hey guys, i have been browsing your forum for awhile, and have saw all the awesome creations you guys have made. And I really want to make my own stormtrooper suit, and i know it may take over a year, a lot of sweat tears and money. That is not what worries me, however I am only 4 feet tall, and will not grow any more, so is it still possible for me to make myself a suit? If so, where would I begin? I know there are molds, and helmets to buy, but are they a good size for me? I am really lost and am really sorry for all these questions, I am just really excited, and I know being SHORT i may not be able to enjoy a suit that would fit, but I had to ask. thank you so much, star wars is my favorite! kupertrooper Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 I'm not sure what your other body dimensions are, but a kid's armor set might fit you. You may keep that in mind while you search around these forums. Quote
troopermaster Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 (edited) A kids armour may fit but if you are an adult who is 4 feet you might have trouble with the dimensions depending on your condition. Here is a photo of my son when he was 7 next to Warwick Davis who is 3' 6". Ā Ā Ā Sculpting your own suit might be your only option? thrgk Posted December 11, 2012 Author Report Posted December 11, 2012 ah that is 4feet 7 inches, would be to large for me, im only 4 foot. hmmph, think im out of luck, that could not be scaled down to my size could it? Quote
troopermaster Posted December 11, 2012 Report Posted December 11, 2012 Yeah, just trim it down a bit. It's the best you are going to find for your size and the price is good too. Quote
thrgk Posted December 11, 2012 Author Report Posted December 11, 2012 how would you trim it? wouldnt you like lose some of the details, like on the chest and stuff? it is very nice tho, really nice hehe. Quote
troopermaster Posted December 11, 2012 Report Posted December 11, 2012 You would have to trim a bit off each piece until it fits you. The chest looks oversized to start with so you could take a few inches from that. The rest would just need a bit off wherever it was too big on your body. Quote
