I want to join the 501st

I am trying my best to sign up for the 501st and have not heard anything back from them yet??

 

What am i doing wrong?

Have you checked with your nearest Garrison's GML (Garrison Membership Officer)? As fas as I know, the 501st doesn't approve memberships on a central level - you'll have to go through your "neighbourhood" garrison.

 

Check with them - I'm sure they'll sort you out.

Did you go through the 501st site? Did you submit your photos? I think it can take up to a week, most times sooner. When did you submit your application?

If by this you mean the UK garrison then hang in there, it can take a while at the moment due to the large influx of applications since Celebration Europe and the fact that the spam filters seem to be omitting some applications . I would give it a few days and try again .

 

If its the main 501st , then I'm sure it will just be a matter of time.

Hang in there Steve. I just got my approval today. It has been about a week since I submitted my application, but I also e-mailed my GML directly to make sure he got my application. This seems to help "speed up" the process a little. I'm waiting on my TK I.D. number now. Apparently that comes separately.

 

I would e-mail the GML for your garrison directly and ask. You can get their info off the 501st website. Just go to the Garrison and Units page and scroll down till you see your garrisons name and symbol.
