I had a few suggestions that the UKG use.

1. Put some washing up liquid on a tissue. Then rub it into the lens.

Then polish off.

2. You can do the same thing with a motorcycle visor cleaner substance.

3. Insert a small fan in your helmet for airflow? Directed at the lens.

Mine is located under the lens facing upwards. This provides ventilation to the face and acts as a demister.

The washing up liquid works very well though, also tried that.

Good luck Trooper.

Don't seal your eye lenses all the way around. Allow a little room for them to get air flow under the curve, especially on the bottom. And don't use too thick a mesh on the teeth holes so your moist breath can vent properly. :)

Fans. Fans. Fans. :)

I have 2 fans in my helmet. I usually use one of them but sometimes if it is too hot I turn both on. It also lets me extend the time I can troop using one then as it dies I can turn the second one on.

I have never put stuff on my lenses so I can't answer for those.

I have 1 fan in my helmet. Keeps everything from fogging up and also gives some fresh air as it sucks air in through the mesh frown. Works really well.

how are the fans as far as noise level? It is hard to hear in my bucket anyway, I was afraid a fan would make it impossible.

Don't seal your lenses up and use fans. I have two squirrel fans and I never had my lenses fog up - even in a very sweaty, crowded convention.

I use over the counter (rain-x) for inside use. from Walmart auto Dept. , I have installed two fans,(one is back-up) one for regular useage. and the advice of leving a little air gap under the lens works great.

I keep a couple of fans as an exhaust in the mouth area. This has stopped pretty much all fogging up for me.
