Pickles[TK] Posted October 22, 2012 Author Report Posted October 22, 2012 Yea, shoot. I forgot the blaster detail pics. I'll go take some right now Quote
theisaac Posted October 22, 2012 Report Posted October 22, 2012 I remember when you started your build thread. Good luck trooper! I wear AM so I always have a little more excitement when I see them go for EIB. You will want to get the blaster pics posted as well as knee ammo belt pics. You already trimmed the back wings off, good work! Good luck Quote

FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Hi Andrea Well done so far. Can you add some some text to the start of your build info please. Quite a lot of it is missing. Please see a couple of EIB applications to copy theirs. Thanks and good luck. Quote

Pickles[TK] Posted October 23, 2012 Author Report Posted October 23, 2012 Thanks for the encouragement guys. Added some additional details for ya! Quote
FunkyTrigger[TK] Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Thanks Andrea. The FISD are aiming for at least 800 members to take their Armour from the basic clearance level to at least EIB. Your spec detail will help the 1000's of basic Stormtroopers to see how your build is put together, what components to have used, your height and Armour type etc. This is great and useful information for all aspiring others. As you can see, EIB awards so far, worldwide are under 300. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Aside from recommending that you move the holster closer to the belt edge, raise the drop boxes, move the detonator belt clips towards the end caps (they are sort of lob sided as well now), and replace the shoulder bell cross elastic to something less wide, and trim off the excess on the knee plate, I think you've done a good job. Approved. Quote
Pickles[TK] Posted October 23, 2012 Author Report Posted October 23, 2012 Awesome, thanks! I will get to work on the mods. Can you clarify what you mean about the holster? Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Just move it forwards, closer to the belt end. Quote
bigironvault Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 I always knew it was a no-brainer! Welcome to the EIB club Andrea! Next Centurion! Quote
Pickles[TK] Posted October 25, 2012 Author Report Posted October 25, 2012 Alright, so here is what I plan on working on: General armor fixes: Move the holster closer to the plastic belt edge. Raise the drop boxes. Move the detonator belt clips towards the end caps. (will most likely just replace TD) Replace the shoulder bell cross elastic to something less wide. Trim off the excess on the knee plate. Centurion mods: S-Trim Hand paint bucket details rubber gloves / latex handplates reshape backplate so no over lap and curves in fix crotch/butt snap situation inner drop boxes New TD Resin blaster Seems like a good start though I am always open to suggestions.
