Is the Legion Command backed up?

My wife was approved by our GML on the 4th of August. He applied for her number that same day. That was also the same day we put in her application to the 501st through the Legion website.

 

After almost a month now she still doesn't have a number. I got ahold of our GML before Celebration and he said he needed to look into it because it shouldn't be taking that long.

 

I got my number in 3 days. I know with Celebration and everyday "real" life, folks are busy. But something seems wrong here.

 

Anybody have any insight into what's going on? Or better yet, anybody know the folks in charge of issuing these numbers they can ask what the hold up is? She's starting to get cranky and you know the saying...

4 digit numbers are running out so I heard they stopped issuing new numbers until they are finished with the website changes to allow 5 digits. Your wife can still troop as long as her costume is approved.

Maybe your GML is busy. I know in my garrison, Zach handles the applications fairly quickly. Sometimes even the next day.

This is correct. The goal was to have the system change done last Monday, but as far as I know they system is still down. I'm as GML as well and have new members waiting on their numbers too.
