Sonnenschein Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 There are no websites. But there's a list with contact info of vetted sellers in the "Getting started" section Quote
Mandolorian Street-fighter Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 I have been doing some research whilest speaking with you, QHG, and I have zeroed on the TM armor. Is there a difference between TM and TM ultraflex? Everybody is bragging on TM's armor, so I have GOT to have it... as soon as it becomes available, of course. Does he just post his sell threads on the FISD, or should I watch multiple sites? I am also a member of therpf.com and thedentedhelmet.com Quote
Sonnenschein Posted August 23, 2012 Report Posted August 23, 2012 TM makes his suits with different materials. You have to ask him yourself. He never ever sells armor on forums Quote
Mandolorian Street-fighter Posted August 23, 2012 Author Report Posted August 23, 2012 K. Thank-you. Quote

Mandolorian Street-fighter Posted August 24, 2012 Author Report Posted August 24, 2012 He already got a PM about that! WHO got a PM about WHAT?!? do you mean TM got MY PM? Cause I sent him one... He hasn't gotten back to, yet. Quote
DizzyStormtrooper[501st] Posted September 18, 2012 Report Posted September 18, 2012 say there were 2 troopers, both armors looked exactly the same, hypothetically. one was vacuformed 501st approved, and the other derived from a pep file made of glass and bondo, implying said builder had much time and skill. since the pepped one is exactly the same in appearance to the 501st approved armor, would it matter what material it was made from anymore? Locitus[Admin] Posted September 18, 2012 Report Posted September 18, 2012 No, it wouldn't matter. At least for basic approval. But you would soon find that a fiberglasd/bondo armour would be very unpleasant to troop in. Sent from my GT-I9300 Quote
Galen96 Posted November 25, 2012 Report Posted November 25, 2012 The idea is to pep, sculpt, then use that to cast and form... Quote
