little help on my bucket

I am putting this helmet together and brow trim. is there a gap on top of eyes and brow trim and is so what is the measurements.

Gaps vary a little by personal preference and a little by helmet style. Can you post a pic for us and we'll be able to help further?

The Sandtrooper had a "high-brow" while most regular troopers had a "low-brow". You can kind of set this to your taste preference. Here is mine and some on-screen buckets. I prefer the "low-brow" look for mine. http://forum.501stspecopsdet.net/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png

A good idea is to use magnets to test assemble your helmet so you can take a step back and have a good look before drilling. Like the other guys said, there is some variation so some of it comes down to personal choice. Just for another example here is a pic of one of mine for you
