Locitus[Admin] Posted June 30, 2012 Report Posted June 30, 2012 Can I get a closeup of the belt rivet covers? Specifically on the left and right sides. Quote

TK5492[TK] Posted June 30, 2012 Author Report Posted June 30, 2012 Thank you sir! Again, this would not have been done without the help of the FISD as a whole. To you all I give the credit. :salute: It's truly an honor. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted June 30, 2012 Report Posted June 30, 2012 If you have have the time to spare, I'd recommend re-painting the vocoder though. I've re-done mine 3 times, so I know it's tricky. The best way to do it is to sand down your existing paint, with a pencil draw outlines where you want it to be, and use a flat round-tipped brush (also known as a Filbert brush) for the paint, starting at the top of the vocoder, doing the strokes downwards. TK5492[TK] Posted June 30, 2012 Author Report Posted June 30, 2012 That's really good advice. I did draw the pencil lines, but then I had a hard time staying in them because even though my brush was small it wasn't flat. I will try to find that type of brush and give it another go. Quote

Exactly the same issue I had the first time before I changed my brush. Quote
TK bondservnt[501st] Posted July 1, 2012 Report Posted July 1, 2012 great advice and way of handling the approval, and the submission looks great! I like the way the vocoder didn't stop him, and that he's going to amend that! top notch! flexibility and excellence all wrapped up nice and neat in white armor! Quote
