Stormy320 Posted July 15, 2012 Report Posted July 15, 2012 How are you guys going to paint yours? Is there a thread on painting buckets? Quote
AJCG Posted July 15, 2012 Report Posted July 15, 2012 The first helmet I ever try to paint was a TE HDPE. In many ways I expect to find the same paint issues with the RS PP kit, if it helps here is the link of this old thread; http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1669 Cheers A Quote
Rezablad3[TK] Posted July 17, 2012 Report Posted July 17, 2012 HI Gang, just thought that I'd share this with everyone. a package came to my doorstep today that really made my day. My RS HDPE finally arrived. To tell you the truth I'm pretty much scared to start working on this kit, its so delicate and i don't have the skills like Joey and many other members on this forum, so I'm afraid that ill mess it up. perhaps i would wait for you more experienced guys get yours done and start asking for assistance in building mine. This thing is a beaut, so detailed... i could honestly say that this is the ultimate Stormtrooper bucket. I'm just glad that i was able to get one of these in my hands. I wanna thank RS props for making this happen. Quote
JoeR Posted July 18, 2012 Report Posted July 18, 2012 I'm looking forward to someone doing a proper aged/weathered one. Paint em up fellas, there were no unpainted helmets in the movies! :-) JoeR Quote
