ti9327[501st] Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 I have a quick question regarding an E-11. Someone on the main Legion boards is in the process of casting a full rubber e-11, and I was wondering if it would be acceptable for Centurion status? The builder stated his model was based on a resin cast of a Sterling. http://www.501st.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=70925&sid=07009395f10c04b9789cc9599ca4c112 Just curious is all. Thanks! Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 I'm watching it myself with interest. I haven't seen the final product yet, but if nothing changes then I would say yes. Quote
DarkTrooper[TK] Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 I'm thinking about getting one of these. They're about $75 less than a hyperfirm. Some of the details look better, like the underside of the folding stock. My hyperfirm has a solid underside whereas these new rubber blasters look to have pieces that look separate and more real to a actual sterling folding stock. Plus they'll be coming with a metal D-ring. Quote
Griffin-X[TK] Posted June 21, 2012 Report Posted June 21, 2012 Ya...these look really promising for the troops. Great alternate for the price. Quote
