Totally screwed up! HELP!

I bought a AM armor from a guy off here who was a little heavier than me but much taller. So I started trimming the Thigh pieces and now they don't overlap in the back, I trimmed too much off the back before trimming the top to fit lengthwise. what do I do? I dont think i have enough for even extensions. right now the ends butt up to each other. Is there someplace I can just buy new thigh pieces?

Use the butt-joining method of closure instead of overlaping. Find some white spare plastic, like a "for sale" sign and cut out a strip as long as the thigh and glut it on top of the join.

It's a much better way of assembling AM kits, anyway. There are plenty of AM build threads that illustrate this.
