The thigh ammo pack looks to be mounted incorrectly but I am not an expert.

Here is how I mounted mine on a RT kit.

Posted (edited)

I saw it this way somewhere. That's why I did it that way. The RT-Mod thigh ammo belt comes with a nub there for mounting the belt. Since it's a dedicated ANH kit I ignored the nub.

Here's something...

If you zoom right in, the rivet isn't in the uppermost corner of the thigh ammo belt like the RT-Mod one is. It's a bit lower. It's a tad higher than mine, but lower than the RT-Mod. So there is a degree of variance.

Not for ROTJ you don't. ROTJ is 90 degrees (squared belt corners).

Look at the trooper on the far left here.

This is all in accordance with the ROTJ look, and I think it looks great!

Approved! :duim:

Thank you! I may be the first ROTJ Centurion if the EIB roster is up to date.

I couldn't have done this without the vast amount of help, inspiration, and guidance that I have received from the FISD over these past couple of years. Of particular note, I thank TK-J, Troopermaster, TK Bondservnt 2392, Locitus, and TK-8280 (the first ROTJ EIB).

I also thank my partner, DZ-4640. She has been my build partner, measurer, and all-around inspiration in getting this armor done.

My deep and sincere thanks to you all. Looking at your collective kudos (First EIB For the Carolina Garrison, First ANH Centurion, and First ICN EIB) I consider myself to be in august company.

Cheers!

Thanks, Dan. :) As far as being the first TKC Centurion, I'm sure that the powers-that-be will sort it out.

As far as the Endor ambush, I've got a nice duty station on the Death Star. I hope that this one doesn't have an open thermal exhaust port on it.

If it's small and furry, shoot first and ask questions later! :D

Congrats Shawn on being the first ROTJ Centurion. There's not a lot of firsts left, but you did a great job :salute:

Looks like you have Shawn and myself both listed as Centruion #35. :)

Oops! My bad. Either way, it's fixed now.

Alright! :smiley-sw013: I hope that more WA troopers follow suit. I didn't see any other EIBs in WA either. Unless the Expert Infantryman roster isn't up to date.

You'll be glad to know that once I replace my AM bucket I'll be taking another look at EIB.

You may be right. At least in Australia. :) And thank you.

And thank you, as well. I look forward to it. With all of the stormtroopers that our squad has, we really ought to have more EIB holders. And another Centurion or two wouldn't hurt, either. :smiley-sw013::salute:
