Dark Troopers?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone made a dark trooper outfit before (and what do they count as, spec ops or storm troopers)?

 

I remember them as these guys (from battlefront), but I'm sure anyone who played the Dark Forces would recognise them too.

There's a guy in my Garrison who has been working on one for like five years or something. He's supposedly getting back into it and wants to have it ready for C6. I doubt it, but we'll see.

I would love to see a Darktrooper! I figured once I knew my way around building armour, I'd have a crack at trying to build one, but I don't know ... It's going to be a long time before I'm at that level

I love the Dark Troopers. Also enjoyed playing Dark Forces! There are Dark Trooper Phase I, II and III. Have a action figure of Phase II. Cool thing!

I am also very interested in making a (Phase III) Dark Trooper using the stilted costume method like that of the Wampa. What would be the best references, etc to start with this build?
